Dr. Allysa Koethe
Dr. Allysa Koethe graduated from Iowa State University with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2020. She has been working with small and large animals in the Victor community for the past five years and is excited to continue to provide service to Victor and the surrounding communities.
Dr. Koethe is originally from Urbandale, Iowa and moved to Montezuma upon completion of her veterinary degree where she then got married to her husband, Nick, who is from the area. They welcomed their first son, Jaden, at the beginning of April, 2024. Dr. Koethe likes to spend her free time on the farm with her husband where they have row crops and cattle, and outside on walks with her dog, Case. Dr. Koethe also has a rescue kitten named Pou.
Dr. Koethe looks forward to seeing you and your animals, large or small, at CVC!
Dr. Katelyn Gregory
Dr. Katelyn Gregory graduated from Iowa State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. She is originally from Montezuma and has been working in the Victor and surrounding areas as a mixed animal veterinarian since her graduation.
In April, 2024 Dr. Gregory married her husband, Corey, who is a local banker and dairy farmer. They have a Brittany named Rusty, whom she loves to take on long walks out in the country.
Dr. Gregory enjoys getting to form meaningful relationships with her clients & patients and is excited to serve you at CVC!
Our Veterinary Assistants
Our team of veterinary assistants are trained and experienced in providing the best possible care for your pets. They assist our veterinarians in surgery, perform lab work, and help with diagnostic testing. They are passionate about helping pets and are here to answer any questions you may have.

She has been in the veterinary field for 5 years & enjoys monitoring patients under anesthesia, as well as getting to snuggle & care for them through their recovery. Lexi lives on a farm with her fiancé, 5 dogs & 2 horses. She enjoys spending time at the lake with her friends, visiting her family in Wisconsin, and watching Grey’s Anatomy!

The moment he arrived, it didn’t take us long to realize he wasn’t going anywhere—he had found his home with us.
Now fully recovered and living his very best life, Grover serves as our resident Cuddle Coordinator. He is charmingly vocal when requesting attention—which is to say, almost constantly—and has perfected the art of melting into anyone’s arms the second they pick him up. Whether he’s following staff from room to room or settling in for his hundredth snuggle of the day, Grover brings warmth, comfort, and a whole lot of love to the clinic.

She made her dramatic entrance into our lives when a client’s large Doberman gently carried her to her owner, who then brought the tiny kitten straight to us. She also serves as our unofficial Food Quality Control Specialist, with a particular passion for human food. If you’re eating lunch anywhere nearby, she considers that a formal invitation to investigate. Whether she’s quietly sneaking a closer look at your snack or plotting her next tiny act of mischief from the countertop, Doxi keeps us laughing and on our toes every single day.
